Sunday, 29 September: “Inner Guidance– A Connect and Glow Musical Meditation” : with Guest – Kate Moody 
Unity Church of the Redwoods invites you to join us this Sunday, September 29, at our new location and time, 1 pm at the Woman’s Club building, for a very special “Connect and Glow” music and meditation program by award-winning pianist and composer Kate Moody. Her topic is “Inner Guidance.” Kate’s Connect & Glow visualizations appeal to novices intimidated by meditation and seasoned spiritual seekers alike.
“Music has always called me,” says Kate, who has produced seven CDs of original work, ranging from solo piano to symphonic. “I began meditating about 25 years ago as a way to release blocks that were holding the music back. A natural progression has been to combine music and meditation. The music deepens the meditations; the meditations enhance the healing qualities of the music.” Inspired by ancient Eastern wisdom and modern quantum physics, Connect & Glow meditative practices quickly bring participants into a deep connection with their inner source of vibrant wellbeing.
